Kristen West can’t remember a time that words weren’t a part of her life.As a girl, she remembers the library being more fun than the playground. Getting to buy books in school though the Scholastic Book order program was better than free candy.

Words were so influential to her during her formative years that, by the time she was in high school, speaking competitively on the school’s Forensic Team felt natural.

College was filled with as many writing, speaking, and literature classes as she could pack into her schedule. After receiving her degree in Journalism, she went on to write feature stories for a hometown newspaper.

Coming to Christ in her late-teens, her natural love for words united with a divine passion to encourage, inspire, and challenge others in their personal faith journeys.

A lover of true stories, her three devotion-style books weave some of her own personal stories of how God has shown up in her life with Biblical principles and practical application.
